Yes. Florida requires a vacation rental license from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation for any home or condo rented more than three times a year for stays under 30 days. Every listing here is built from an active license in that state record, and the license number is shown on the listing.
Why book direct instead of through Airbnb or VRBO?
Since September 15, 2026, Airbnb charges most hosts a host-only fee of about 15.5% of each booking, and it is built into the price you see. Book with the owner and that cut stays out of the deal. You also get answers from the person who knows the unit, like which floor it is on, how long the walk to the beach access is, and whether the pool is heated in winter.
Destin, 30A or Panama City Beach: which should I pick?
Destin is the boating and fishing town, with the harbor, the East Pass and Crab Island. Scenic 30A is quieter, with low-rise beach houses, bike paths and small walkable towns like Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Panama City Beach has the most Gulf-front condos, the longest run of beach and the most going on at night. Miramar Beach and Fort Walton Beach sit in between on pace.
