What we collect

When you send an availability request we collect your name, email, optional phone number, your dates, guest count and message. When an owner claims a listing we collect their name, contact details and the listing they are claiming. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful.

Who sees it

Availability requests go to the owner or manager of the property you asked about, so they can answer you. Claim requests are seen only by our team. We do not sell personal information and do not add guests to marketing lists.

Listing information

Unclaimed listings are built from public state lodging license records. We do not publish owners' names, mailing addresses, phone numbers or the house numbers of single-family homes. Owners can ask for their listing to be removed through the claim form.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for up to two years so owners can see their inquiry history, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner through the claim form, choosing "Anything else."

Payments

We never take payments. Any booking and payment happens between you and the owner, usually through the owner's own booking software, under that company's privacy policy.
