Owner questions
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. We never process payments, hold your calendar or collect lodging tax. Guests book through your own software or contact you directly, and every dollar of the booking goes to you. You pay a flat monthly fee for the listing tier, or nothing on the free tier.
Why is my rental already listed?
States like Florida publish vacation rental licenses as public record. We build each region from that record so guests can see every licensed option. We only show facts from the license: the type of property, the town and ZIP, the unit count and the license number. No photos, no house numbers, nothing from your Airbnb ad.
Can I have my listing removed?
Yes. Use the claim form and choose "Remove my listing." We verify the request against the license record and take the page down.
Which booking systems work with the "Book direct" button?
Any of them with a public booking page: OwnerRez, Lodgify, Hospitable, Hostaway, Guesty, Uplisting and others. If you do not have one, the inquiry form works as your booking channel until you do.
Will this get me in trouble with Airbnb?
No. Having your own direct booking channel is normal and allowed. What Airbnb prohibits is steering guests off the platform inside Airbnb messages for a stay already booked there. Your listing here is a separate channel that guests find on their own.
